This Package is ideal for those seeking a divorce when there are no children involved (or at least no children under the age of 19).  A mediator will assist the parties with the distribution or separation of the marital estate.

This Package is intended for those seeking a divorce when there are children under the age of 19 involved.  The mediator will assist in the separation of the marital estate as well as guide the parents through custody, parenting time and child support issues.

When a child is born out of wedlock,  it is important to establish Paternity for the child and the parents.  This package will result in the establishment of legal paternity and will outline the rights and responsibilities of each parent.  Including, Custody, Parenting Time and Child Support.

Modifications of Custody, Parenting Time and/or Child Support

Sometimes change is necessary.  When the parties recognize that a past agreement is not longer functioning for them, a modification is necessary.  The Mediator will assist the parties in crafting a more appropriate Agreement.  It can be as simple as a child support modification or as complex as a complete modification of custody, parenting time and child support.

Cost: $500.0

In order to transfer funds from a 401(k) to another without incurring significant tax consequences, a Qualified Domestic Relations Order is necessary. The cost to draft and file a QDRO will be based upon an hourly rate of $200.00 per hour.

The cost to file the initial Petition for Dissolution or Petition to Establish Paterntiy is a the responsibility of the filing party.  Depending upon the county in which the Petition is filed, the cost will be approximately $185.00.  There will be no additional cost for a modification of Custody, Parenting Time or Child Support.
