Marsha L. Hackenberg
Marsha L. Hackenberg graduated from Valparaiso University in 1996 with her Bachelor's of Social Work Degree. In 2001, she graduated with honors from the I.U. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. After practicing in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate for three years, Marsha transitioned to Family Law with a focus on alternative methods of dispute resolution. In an effort to provide families with needed services and options both in and out of the courtroom, Marsha is also a trained and certified Parenting Coordinator, a Registered Mediator, a Guardian ad Litem and a Mediation Trainer.

Jennifer Matteucci
Jennifer Matteucci is a paralegal/office manager for Hackenberg Law. She is also a Professional Mediator, Certified Parenting Coordinator and a Parenting Time Supervisor. She has been working in the legal field since 2006. Her focus is to help those in need of legal services on who cannot otherwise pay for such services. Using a sliding scale gives people in our community the option to have the legal help they deserve. She loves mediation because you can think outside the box, your not red taped by rules and restrictions. It gives the parties the power to create lasting agreements that work for their family.
